Screen Australia is the key Federal Government direct funding body for the Australian screen production industry.

In 2016 Twisted Pear designed and developed its fourth version of the website. This was a total rebuild with an information architecture overhaul to better serve its users. The site was also made responsive and introduced the hugely popular Screen Guide.

The site was awarded the Kentico Site of the Year 2016 - Best Government and Municipal Site.

ONE Hundred Exhibition Website

As part of the Mitchell Library’s centenary celebrations, the State Library of NSW held a major exhibition of 100 diverse objects that captured the essence of Australia. The State Library also unveiled a new "centenary alphabet" which was created to further bring the Mitchell's diverse and eclectic holdings out into the public in a surprising and engaging new way. Each letter is a composite of objects in the collection.

Twisted Pear created a site designed to promote, educate, support and present information about the exhibition and the alphabet. It comprises extensive video, sound, photography and virtual tours.

ONA assesses and analyses international political, strategic and economic developments for the Prime Minister and senior ministers in the National Security Committee of Cabinet. It was established by the Office of National Assessments Act 1977 as an independent body directly accountable to the Prime Minister.

BRP is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of motorised recreational vehicles and powersports engines.

They own and manufacture Sea-Doo watercraft and sport boats; Ski-Doo® and Lynx® snowmobiles; Rotax® karts and engines; Can Am® ATVs, side-by-side and roadsters; and Evinrude® and Johnson® outboard engines.

Twisted Pear designed and developed a suite of Apps on the Apple iPad for use at Australian boat shows.

The Film Australia Collection consists of titles produced by the former Film Australia and its predecessor agencies, or acquired from third party producers. Film Australia was an Australian Government-owned company, whose mission was to create an audiovisual record of Australian life. In its 60 years it became one of the nation's leading producers of television documentaries and educational programs.

Twisted Pear designed and developed the search engine for the National Film & Sound Archives, Australia. Serving as an index for the whole collection, it comprises over 1400 footage preview clips and 2000 preview stills.

The Interpreter - Blog of the Lowy Institute

The Lowy Institute is an independent international policy think tank. Its objective is to generate new ideas and dialogue on international developments and Australia's role in the world. The content of the blog reflects the research interests of its staff and fellows, and the concerns of their readers.

Twisted Pear designed (current design is version 3.0) and developed the blog specifically for the needs of the Lowy Institute. We have continued to update it and add features as The Interpreter's audience grows along with its success.
